Josh Mohon has extensive experience building and scaling revenue-focused teams in high-growth, category-creating SaaS companies.
Josh leads TalentGuard’s global sales and business development across North America, Latin America, and EMEA. Before TalentGuard, Josh led DISCO’s sales development, account executive, and business operations programs. He also served as the first Chief of Staff to the CEO. He was responsible for driving, scaling, and operationalizing high-priority GTM efforts through cross-functional projects, process enhancements, and systems implementations.
He joined DISCO as an early-stage venture-backed start-up and was an instrumental part of the team helping position the company for an NYSE IPO. Prior to DISCO, Joshua held various roles focused on high-growth go-to-market initiatives, including BMC Software as part of their sales team.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University.
