Christine brings over 20 years experience of strategic operations, project management and SaaS software implementation to TalentGuard. She is responsible for driving the entire customer experience, from deployment of the onboarding process to adoption, advocacy, support and retention.
She has a strong track record of success managing customer relationships. Her understanding of the end-to-end customer engagement will ensure that we are nurturing and supporting customers, and delivering maximum value.
Christine comes to TalentGuard with more than a decade of SaaS leadership experience. Before joining TalentGuard Christine built and led a successful Software Implementation team for FlashParking, a growing Austin-based mobility company. Prior to that, she worked at SchoolAdmin, successfully running customer implementation projects.
She is a hands-on strategic leader offering strong mentoring and motivational skills to promote team productivity that enhances the customer experience and partnership longevity. Christine has a track record of setting vision and building collaborative teams that deliver results to ensure a high level of customer success.
